• Honor, with respect and without restriction, all representations made to students and their representatives and all agreements entered into with students and their representatives.
• Ensure that all teachers and other staff have education, training and experience appropriate for their positions.
• Use and adhere to ethical business practices at all times.
• Settle promptly and equitably all customer complaints.
